        Frequently Asked Questions

        1. Is it possible to come and collect my order?

        Yes! Select "Collection" at checkout to avoid the delivery charge. It is free; however, please allow 5 working days for us to prepare it. We will notify you via email when to come by.

        2. What is the delivery time?

        Standard delivery is 5–7 working days. It’s £18 (inc VAT).

        3. Can you do customised boxes?

        Yes, we do. If you have a special item that does not fit our regular boxes, email us the dimensions, and we'll provide a quote.

        4. How is the display case packaged for shipping?

        Each case is individually wrapped in corrugated cardboard and protective bubble wrap to ensure it arrives in mint condition and remains fully protected throughout transit.

        5. What if my display case is shattered when it arrives?

        If your order arrives faulty, please contact our support team immediately. We’ll do the same to get this resolved and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
