Terms And Conditions Of Sale

These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of goods by Display Cases to the customer. When you place an order through our site, you consent to the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. An order confirmation/ invoice must have been sent before an agreement is formed between Display Cases and the customer.

2. Pricing and VAT

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. You will see a breakdown of your total order cost, including the flat-rate shipping fee, at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery: We provide a mainland UK delivery service for a return fee of £18.00 (inc. VAT).

We will ship orders within 5-7 business days of order processing.

Disclaimer: Whilst we try to accommodate all delivery expectations, we hold no responsibility for delays resulting from third-party couriers or unpredictable logistics matters.

4. Policy on Collection

Service: Collection is Available from our Leicester, LE19 2GP showroom and is provided absolutely free of charge.

Lead Time: To give us time to retrieve and quality check your order, please allow up to 5 business days."

Confirmation: Customers must wait for a formal "Ready for Collection" email before coming to us.

5. Damages and Discrepancies

Since our products are delicate, we assume all packages are inspected upon arrival. Any damage occurring in transit must be notified to [email protected] immediately upon receipt, and within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence to enable a replacement to be sent or for action on a claim.

6. Cancellation and Returns

Standard Products: You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items should be returned in their original protective packaging at the customer’s expense.

Bespoke Orders: Custom-sized or personalised display cases are not subject to the right to cancel and are non-refundable unless found to be faulty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Display Cases shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
