Shipping Information
At Display Cases, we realise that it is not enough for your cases to be delivered quickly; they must also be securely packaged. Our products are generally fragile and valuable, so we are not simply sending them on any old van journey; we pack them with specialist protective materials to ensure they arrive in showroom condition.
Delivery Methods & Times
For our customers, we offer two main delivery options: standard and urgent, depending on how quickly you want to collect your item behind glass.
Note: the following timeframes apply to shipping time once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)

Using our trusted courier partners, we offer a reliable and fully trackable service. Your goods will be processed for shipping after they have passed our quality control. This includes our expert heavy-duty packaging to protect your display cases during transit.
Click & Collect (Leicester, LE19 2GP)

Cost: Free
If you are local to Leicester, you are welcome to collect your order directly from us to save on shipping costs.
We will send you a "Ready for Collection" email as soon as your goods are waiting at the front desk.
Processing & Shipping Orders
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items promptly. Orders are shipped according to the selected delivery option, with a daily cutoff at 1:30 PM. Orders placed before this time are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
Weekends and UK Bank Holidays: The warehouse team is closed. If you do place an Express order on a Friday afternoon or on a Bank Holiday Monday, it will be processed the following working day.
Custom Order: For bespoke orders, please get in touch with our team to discuss your requirements. Delivery times may vary based on project complexity, and additional production time may be required before dispatch.
Packaging & Damages
We are experts in shipping fragile acrylic and glass. Your products will be shipped in double-walled, reinforced cardboard with customised internal cushioning.
Although our track record is nearly impeccable, transit mishaps can occur.

Examine after delivery: Inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery.

Report Issues: If you find your item has been delivered damaged, take clear photos of the damage and the box, and email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement to you immediately – no questions asked.
